
Sales Enablement Specialist

Objective: To assume a key role in sales enablement and drive business growth through effective execution of sales strategies.
Job Summary
Support the sales team across various client interactions from pre-sales to post-sales, ensuring seamless sales operations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain case studies, credentials, and repositories of sales collaterals.
2. Coordinate with internal teams for ad-hoc requests and provide timely support to the sales team and manager.
3. Oversee the creation and distribution of sales materials, such as sales guides and presentations.
Requirements
1. Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of process improvement.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
4. Bachelor's degree in marketing or business management, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in sales support or enablement roles.
