Asia Focused Investment Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Equity Associate to join our team. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for analyzing investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and working closely with portfolio companies to drive value creation.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of deals, from fund investments to co-investments, and gain exposure to various industries and geographies. You will also work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement investment strategies that align with our firm's goals.
- Lead the analysis of investment opportunities, including financial modeling, market research, and risk assessment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including fund managers, portfolio company management teams, and other industry professionals.
- Collaborate with the investment team to identify and pursue new deal opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda, pitch books, and other materials for presentations to investors and other stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in private equity or investment banking.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct comprehensive research and synthesize results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A positive attitude, high energy, and a drive to succeed.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
