Job Title: Front Office Manager

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front office operations, including concierge and telephone services. He/she must strive to achieve optimal results while delivering exceptional guest service and satisfaction.

The Front Office Manager will effectively manage the resort's front office and reservations systems, ensuring seamless communication between departments.

He/she will establish and maintain excellent public relations with guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere at all times.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and supervise training programs for new front desk staff, equipping them with the necessary skills required for their positions.

Additional responsibilities include remaining on-call to address any issues that may arise at the front desk, reporting significant problems to management, and performing other duties as assigned.


Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position or equivalent within the hotel industry.

Strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and interpersonal abilities are essential for success in this position.

You should also possess the ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and resolve issues efficiently.

A high attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences are vital qualities for this role.

Additionally, willingness to work a shift schedule, including weekends and holidays, is a requirement.
