Job Title:

Financial and HR Manager

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to take on a challenging role that combines financial management with human resources.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both accounting and HR, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full set of accounts, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end closings.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Ensure timely filing of tax and statutory compliance reports.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
  • Process payroll and ensure accurate salary disbursement.
  • Address employee grievances and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Prefer candidate with both HR & Accounting experience
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
