As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our experienced Group Wine Director, who holds an Advanced Sommelier title from the Court of Master Sommeliers Europe and has extensive experience in the industry.

Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Providing exceptional wine service to guests, offering tailored recommendations and guidance through the wine selection process
  2. Managing wine inventory purchases and ensuring they align with our culinary strategy
  3. Collaborating with our culinary team to create wine and food pairing menus
  4. Maintaining in-depth knowledge of wine varieties, regions, and vintages
  5. Mentoring and coaching restaurant staff on wine knowledge
  6. Staying informed about industry developments, particularly in beverages and wines

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of sommelier experience
  • PREFERRED: WSET or CSW qualifications
  • Strong ability to work in fast-paced environments
