Process Engineer Opportunity
We seek a skilled Process Engineer to drive new photolithography process development and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new photolithography process development and transfer
- Lead process improvement, including yield/defect density improvement in the module
- Provide technical leadership, guiding and coaching the process team in each module
- Show mastery and breadth of a technical discipline and recognized within the industry as an emerging key authority in the field
- Contribute to advances of the state of the art and the company's technical position
- Solve problems requiring cutting-edge approaches, establish and teach problem-solving methodologies, and champion innovation across the organization
- Leading inventor on several patents
- First author on several publications with some citations
- Leads multidisciplinary projects or initiatives with high impact on the company's success
- Coaches and mentors experienced staff
- Leads cross-functional teams across sites
Requirements
- PhD/Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in wafer fabrication industry, preferably in the photolithography process
- Broad and deep knowledge of technologies & contribution to market deployment strategy and customer acceptance
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical and project management skills
