Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Communications Specialist to lead the development and execution of compelling communication strategies for large-scale change initiatives.

The Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, project management skills, and exceptional communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful communication outcomes in complex organizational environments.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans that drive stakeholder engagement and support business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create engaging content, messaging frameworks, and visual identities that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute impactful campaigns that address key business challenges and opportunities.

Requirements

A postgraduate degree in Communications or a related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic communications, project communications, or change management within large or complex organizations.

Proven expertise in supporting transformation or change initiatives, ideally in a consulting or enterprise environment.

Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and presentation skills across digital, print, and live formats.

Strong ability to translate complex information into clear, concise messaging.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Canva, and Adobe Illustrator.
