Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will lead the development and implementation of change communication programs to effectively engage staff, faculty, and students across the University. Your expertise in strategic or project communication will drive successful organizational change initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing targeted campaigns with a focus on performance tracking and insights to inform future efforts.
  • Developing content and directing creative execution to provide consistent, targeted, and impactful change communication messages.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders on change communication deliverables, including presentations and communication materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree in Communications or an equivalent field.
  • At least 8 years' experience in strategic or project communication within a large organization.
  • Proven expertise in change management with the ability to effectively communicate and facilitate organizational change initiatives.
