Job Description

This role is responsible for driving strategic change communications to support SingHealth's digital transformation journey.

The successful candidate will lead the development of comprehensive change communications strategies, design detailed communications plans and frameworks, and craft compelling narratives and multi-channel content to explain the need and benefits of the NGEMR implementation.

This includes building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating two-way communication channels, and developing communication effectiveness and engagement metrics across different channels.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications or related fields
  • At least 8 years' experience and at least 2 years' supervisory experience
  • An excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Good knowledge of communication channels and industry best practices
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and drive communications campaigns
  • Ability to design collaterals and produce simple videos
  • Team player and strong collaborator
