Key Role Summary:

Drive technical project initiatives to advance company growth in the tech landscape. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing program plans, and overseeing software solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement program plans with clear timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business units to ensure effective team collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery and oversee the quality of software solutions.
  • Develop roadmaps and prioritize projects to align with organizational goals, and provide technical expertise on software development.
  • Establish Agile methodologies across teams to optimize efficiency and performance metrics.
  • Mentor junior program managers to support their skill and career development.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Required Expertise:

  • At least 7 years of technical program management experience, with 5 or more years managing complex Agile software projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of software development processes and tools like JIRA and Confluence to streamline workflows and track project progress.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to align strategic goals and objectives.
  • Ability to analyze problems and make data-driven decisions to ensure project success.
  • Strategic planning skills to develop planning frameworks and roadmaps for long-term success.
