Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a Corporate Banking Lending System Modernization Prestudy program within our Core Banking transformation initiative. This role will oversee cross-functional teams including Business Analysts (BA) and Solution Architects, ensuring seamless execution across planning, design, development, and deployment phases.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Lead the design for new solutions requested by major IT stakeholders from client side

· Lead the delivery of modernization efforts for Corporate Lending, CASA, and Deal Management systems

· Manage and mentor BA and Architecture teams to ensure alignment with business and technical goals

· Define and track delivery milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards

· Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor teams to drive solution design and execution

· Oversee technical planning, integration strategies, and risk mitigation across legacy and target platforms

· Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and performance standards throughout the delivery lifecycle

· Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming with cross-functional teams

· Provide regular updates to senior leadership and governance forums on delivery progress and challenges

Required Skills:

· 10+ years of experience in IT delivery management, preferably in banking or financial services

· Strong understanding of Core Banking systems, especially in Corporate Lending and CASA domains

· Proven experience leading BA and Architecture teamsin large-scale transformation programs

· Hands-on knowledge of system integration, data migration, and enterprise architecture principles

· Familiarity with modern delivery methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD)

· Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

· Experience working with third-party vendors and managing offshore/onshore delivery models

· Experience working with FIS ACBS, Finacle, Flexcube products.

Desired Skills:

· Excellent understanding of the solution design and vendor management.

· Excellent understanding of the Agile development methodologies.

· Effective written and verbal communication.
