Key Account Technical Leadership

We are seeking a seasoned technical program manager to oversee the successful delivery of our key account programs.

This role will be responsible for managing technical relationships, program deliverables, and project scope with cross-functional teams.

  • Define project objectives, success metrics, and detailed project plans in collaboration with engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in lean project management methodologies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Program Management, or related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years in technical program management, project management, or engineering within semiconductor or precision engineering industries.

The following qualifications are desired:

  • PMP certification.
  • Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor industry engineering change management processes.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., SmartSheet, Microsoft Project) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
