Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Device Engineer to join our NAND Technology Integration group in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving process and integration improvements for the next generation innovative NAND technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand NAND devices operation, reliability tests, product qualification performance, and reliability requirements.
  • Drive process and device technology development and innovations to meet performance and reliability specifications within project timelines.
  • Analyze inline, probe, parametric, and reliability data for thorough analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address device/array deficiencies.
  • Apply project management skills to small projects or parts of larger projects.
  • Collaborate with various teams to improve project deliverables.
  • Provide regular updates on project status and outlook.
  • Assist in the transfer of new technologies from R&D to manufacturing.

Requirements:

  • Masters in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor industry in Process Integration, Memory, or CMOS device technology.
  • Ability to understand NAND cell operation, reliability, and performance requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge on semiconductor process flow, preferably nonvolatile memories.
  • Exposure to R&D and transfer/manufacturing preferred.
  • Highly self-motivated, self-governing with proven ability to work in dynamic environment.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid data analysis capability, communication, and presentation skills.
