**MTS Device engineer for CMOS-Integrated Single-Photon Avalanche Diode (SPAD) development**

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Design and development of SPAD/SiPM:

- Process and device simulations
- Test structure design
- Electro-optical test hardware/software and methodology set-up
- Characterization and analysis of SPAD parameters to guide process development
- Collaboration with development partners, process engineers, modelers, circuit designers and customers

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education/Experience -**
- PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Field of specialization: Optoelectronics
- At least 5 years of photodetector device engineering
- Experience in setting up high-precision photon-counting and timing measurements
- Familiarity with CMOS devices and process
- Proficiency in VLSI layout and design rules
- Proficiency in process simulation and electrical/optical device simulations
- Understanding of pixel design is preferred
- **Preferred Qualifications/Skills**:

- Excellent understanding of device physics
- Very strong analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
