Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to join our Regional Accounting Shared Services Team. As an Accounts Payable Executive, you will be responsible for leading and handling the entire accounts payable function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing payments and invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable Function: Lead and handle the entire accounts payable function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing payments and invoices.
  • Invoice Processing: Generate and validate accuracy of invoices and supporting documents.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments and post invoices.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments on other processes including general ledger, fixed assets and inventory management.
  • Reporting: Lead monthly analysis reporting for management.
  • Financial Audits: Support internal teams for financial audits and tax filing.
  • Compliance: Manage GST applications and matters.
  • Process Improvement: Review and renew SOPs.
  • Customer Service: Be point-of-contact for queries.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or any relevant field of study.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience or experience working with full set of accounts.
  • Technical Skills: Good experience with Microsoft Excel and knowledge of SAP.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous and detail-oriented, able to work well independently, as well as effectively in a team, highly organized and detail-oriented.
