Payroll Operations Manager

Job Overview:
The Payroll Executive is responsible for processing staff payroll, including overtime payment, claims, incentives, allowances, and other approved payments. This role involves monthly and ad-hoc payroll runs.
Key Responsibilities:- Process staff payroll, including overtime payment, claims, incentives, allowances, and other approved payments.
- Post payroll transactions into the SAP system.
- Prepare salary reconciliation reports.
- Prepare Payroll Monthly Reports to various department heads, including Overtime Report, Man-hours Report, Payroll Cost Report, and Headcount Reports.
- Submit CPF, IR8A, IR21, government-related submissions, and other tax-related matters for staff.
- Work with the Finance Department and liaise with internal and external auditors and/or tax agents on payroll-related matters.
- Process government-related claims, such as NS Reservist, Maternity leave, Child Care Leave claims.
- Provide payroll-related data for internal and external reporting, including Management Reporting or MOM surveys and questionnaires.
- Provide administrative and operational support for daily activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Minimum diploma in Human Resource Management.
- At least 3 years of Payroll Experience.
- Have used SAP Payroll.
- Good working knowledge of manpower regulations, e.g., Employment Act, CPF Act & tax regulations.
- Strong HR knowledge and experience in payroll systems and functions.
- Meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Experience in handling SuccessFactors, EC Payroll, or PayMaster system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel.
