We're currently seeking a highly skilled Regional Payroll Expert to join our team in Singapore. This role will play a critical part in managing payroll operations and compliance across APAC markets, including Singapore, Australia, Taiwan, South Korea, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage a future-proof payroll framework that aligns with global guidelines, driving process improvements.
  • Lead regional input into RFP processes, ensuring seamless vendor evaluation and transition planning.
  • Provide project management oversight for payroll transformation initiatives, ensuring timely progress reports to executive leadership.
  • Act as the key advocate for payroll in APAC, championing payroll needs and leading regional roadmaps.
Job Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in APAC-wide payroll operations, covering Singapore, Australia, Taiwan, South Korea, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale payroll projects and cross-regional initiatives, with strong project management skills.
  • Expertise in managing end-to-end global payroll processes, internal control concepts, and APAC payroll laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll platforms (Workday, SAP, ADP, Ascender, or similar).
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with experience working with senior-level individuals and resolving conflicts.
