Job Overview:

The facilities engineer is responsible for maintaining the building infrastructure, exterior and interior. This includes ensuring that all systems are functioning properly and making any necessary repairs.

  • Maintenance of building services
  • Repair and maintenance of building fittings and fixtures including tasks such as painting, cubicle modification etc.
  • Coordination with contractors for Maintenance and certification of lifts and cranes
  • Management of contractors
  • General upkeep of buildings and surroundings
Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with at least 3 years experience in building maintenance. They should also have practical experience in building related repairs and basic knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems.
