Product Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Engineer to join our team.

  • This is a highly technical and dynamic role that requires the ability to design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge microscopic imaging products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and develop our flagship microscopic imaging products, focusing on system design, optical system, and image processing.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive cost/quality continuous improvements.
  3. Develop comprehensive engineering documentations in accordance with good documentation practice (GDP) and regulatory standards.
  4. Diagnose and resolve optical issues and image failures, perform hands-on system configuration, testing, verification, calibration, service, and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Optics, Photonics, Physics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in optical/imaging product development, including optical path design, design specification, and product validation.
  • Proven track record in troubleshooting complex hardware systems.
  • Strong project management, hands-on engineering skills, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently with minimum supervision.
