Spectrum Management Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Spectrum Management Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing strategies to make radio spectrum available for government and non-government uses, ensuring the efficient and effective use of spectrum to support national goals and objectives.

The role involves managing applications for spectrum use, conducting technical studies on spectrum sharing and compatibility, supporting cross-border frequency coordination through data analysis and liaising with neighboring administrations, providing technical support for spectrum allocations and network deployments in Singapore, and preparing technical documents and reports related to spectrum management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields, as well as a good understanding of radiocommunication principles, spectrum management, and ITU recommendations. Experience with RF planning tools and spectrum analysis software is a plus. You should also have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, ability to work independently and in teams, organizational skills and attention to detail, and experience in spectrum management or RF engineering is beneficial but not mandatory.
