Senior Compensation Officer

This role involves overseeing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
You will manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data collection, timekeeping, and accurate disbursement of salaries, commissions, and bonuses.
About This Role:- Ensure timely computation and payment of employee compensation, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand and implement commission and incentive plans.
- Prepare payroll reports, analyze findings, and present them to management and stakeholders.
You will also resolve discrepancies and address inquiries related to payroll and compensation, maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:- Minimum 3 years experience in payroll management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
