Job Title: Senior Compensation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our career team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills in compensation and benefits.

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

">
  • Provide analytical support to senior consultants on ongoing projects across rewards, benefits, talent analytics, etc.">
  • Conduct research and analysis to understand industry and organization-specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices, and trends.">
  • Collaborate with various team leads/stakeholders on rewards advisory projects, providing external market insights across industry segments.">
  • Conduct research on reward practices, emerging pay and talent trends using public and proprietary sources.">
  • Contribute to client relationship building through event planning support, day-to-day communication, and proposal development.">
  • Support in proposal development, participate in team brainstorming sessions, and collaborate with project teams on most effective ways to structure analyses and present information to meet client objectives.">

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

">
  • A bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, math, accounting, or HR preferred, with about 2-4 years of professional experience.">
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to independently initiate and complete tasks, manage competing priorities effectively.">
  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.">
  • An analytical mindset and confidence in interpreting data-driven insights.">
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.">
  • Intellectual curiosity, seeking opportunities to develop new skills.">
  • Ability to work in teams and be flexible to work under tight deadlines and changing client needs.">
  • A commercial mindset and interest in client work.">
  • Experience using Excel & PowerPoint to analyze data, build dashboard exhibits, and develop client-ready presentations.">
  • Flexibility & willingness to learn & take on projects.">
  • A proactive approach to learning & adapting in a fast-paced dynamic consulting environment.">
  • Strong willingness to learn and high curiosity.">
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.">
