Job Title: Inventory Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
As an Inventory Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire inventory operation, including receiving and inspecting incoming materials, coordinating stock levels, and documenting store transactions. You will work under direction to manage all aspects of product sales' operation activities, including shipping and receiving, maintaining records, and overseeing storage of products inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive and inspect all incoming materials from operations team and reconcile with purchase orders;
2. Prepare and distribute customer or buyer orders;
3. Track damages and discrepancies on product sales received for collection, delivery, or shipment;
4. Coordinate materials loading and unloading;
5. Inform superior immediately of any damages or shortage of product sales;
6. Receive, store, and track incoming and outgoing items;
7. Take inventory count and record the number of items in store;
8. Operate forklift when storing materials;

Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year prior experience in storekeeping role and familiar with waste management, logistics, and/or supply chain industries;
2. Knowledge in chemical materials and material handling would be an added advantage;
