Senior Business Leader

Key Responsibilities:1. Assist Managers/Assistant Manager in the day-to-day servicing of corporate accounts (motor and motor fleet).2. Implement an effective system for tracking vehicle movement, including new registrations, additions, and deletions for motor fleet business.3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of existing policy transactions.4. Collaborate with the finance team to follow up on outstanding premiums.5. Support the Claims team in managing clients' claims with high service levels.6. Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with insurers, clients, and colleagues through regular contact and liaison.7. Conduct meetings with clients for follow-up services and renewals.8. Stay informed about new technical developments, products, changing market conditions, and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements:The successful candidate will have:1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.4. Strong organizational and time management skills.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.6. Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and practices.
