Order Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our organization in the production of inks and chemicals.

  • Achieve accurate customer order handling via phone, email, or in-person communication.
  • Cultivate seamless coordination between customers, sales teams, and production departments for efficient order processing.
Main Responsibilities:

Process orders, arrange production schedules, and prepare delivery notes with precision.

  • Fulfill GCE 'O' Level / ITE Diploma / Nitec or equivalent qualifications.
  • Possess excellent communication skills (English required; Chinese/Malay advantageous).
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with ERP systems is preferred.
  • Display ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and maintain punctuality and responsibility.
