Job Title: Brand Representative for Consumer Goods at Airport Retail Locations

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to promote awareness and drive sales for a well-established FMCG brand in the airport retail environment. As a representative, you will be expected to create engaging experiences for customers, effectively communicate the brand's values, and foster strong relationships with shoppers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Promotion: Develop and execute strategies to increase brand visibility, generate interest, and encourage purchasing decisions among customers.
  • Sales Support: Provide product knowledge, answer customer queries, and make recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Sampling and Demonstrations: Offer samples and demonstrations to showcase products, build brand loyalty, and gather feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong passion for building relationships with customers. Additionally, you should have basic knowledge of FMCG products, preferably in the liquor and spirits or perfume and cosmetic categories.

  • English Language Proficiency: A minimum pass in English at N or O levels or its equivalent is required to ensure effective communication with colleagues and customers.
  • Flexibility and Availability: You will be required to work rotating shifts, including weekends, and be flexible with your schedule to accommodate business needs.
