Programme Coordinator and Programme Development Specialist

Job Title: Executive Assistant/Senior Executive Assistant
This role involves providing administrative support to the Graduate Medical Education Office and Programme Directors in managing the training of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for all matters relating to the Residency training programme
- Assist the Programme Coordinator and Programme Director in continual development of the programme and curriculum
- Organise meetings and teaching sessions and prepare reports
- Trigger assessments and collate data for report generation
- Coordinate and ensure timely submission of documents and information
- Maintain accurate documentation and support the accreditation of the programmes
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Support events and education-related activities organised by the Graduate Medical Education Office
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Knowledge of programme coordination and experience in administration is an advantage
- Meticulous, organised and diligent
- Adaptable, resourceful and responsible
- Able to work well independently and in teams
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficient with MS Office applications
