The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:
Financial Reporting:
• Maintaining full sets of company accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Preparing monthly management reports and audit schedules, ensuring timely completion and submission.
• Collaborating with various departments to facilitate and complete monthly closing procedures.
• Preparing quarterly group reporting schedules for the Consolidation team.
Administrative Support:
• Printing monthly statements of accounts to customers and preparing monthly collection reports.
• Performing monthly reconciliation of bank, customer, supplier, and intercompany accounts.
• Processing supplier invoices and preparing payments.
• Handling and verifying petty cash claims and payments.
• Preparing cash flow forecast reports for the Treasury team.
• Preparing GST returns for quarterly GST filing.
• Assisting in preparing documents for the annual audit.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• 2-3 years working experience in a similar capacity is advantageous.
• Strong skills in advanced Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Pro-active and results-oriented individual with a positive work attitude and warm personality.
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
