  • Cybersecurity Expertise: A firm grasp of the cybersecurity domain, as well as proficiency with a range of information security tools and techniques.
  • Research and Academic Project Work: Keen interests to support research and academic project work, with demonstrated competencies to manage and employ new security technologies.
  • Supervisory Skills: Strong supervisory skills and the ability to work closely with students in an educational environment.
  • Security Policies and Defenses: Self-starter with hands-on knowledge to implement security policies and establish layered defenses for network and server systems, as well as the ability to perform penetration and vulnerability testing.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Demonstrate proficiency to stay up-to-date on the latest intelligence, including hackers' methodologies, and pursue professional certification programs.
