Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Support Specialist to join our team. As an HR Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in the full spectrum of HR duties.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and will possess strong administrative skills. You should be able to work independently, dynamically, and with initiative within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experience in applying, renewing, and cancelling work permits, S Passes, and EPs, including workers' repatriation.
  • Monthly payroll processing, including submission of CPF and FWL returns.
  • Annual submission of income tax IR8A, NS Claim, and other required documents.
  • Submission of Tax clearance certificates.
  • Update and maintain personnel data files.
  • Prepare employment contracts.
  • Handle WICA insurance claims.
  • Take care of dormitory and catering arrangements for workers.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and prepare schedules for daily worker allocations at site.
  • Plan company annual events.
  • Provide support in administrative tasks.
  • Renew FWMI and WICA applications.
  • Submit government claims such as maternity leave and childcare leave.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full spectrum of HR duties, preferably in the construction sector.
  • Must possess strong administrative skills.
  • Able to work independently, dynamically, and with initiative within tight timelines.
  • Knowledge of Times Payroll software is an added advantage.
  • Able to communicate in both English and Chinese (to liaise with associates).
