Chinese Tea Service Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Chinese Tea Service Team Member. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about tea, hospitality, and cultural experiences.

As a member of our opening team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and presenting Chinese teas, sharing knowledge of tea varieties, and supporting day-to-day operations. If you have a passion for hospitality and an interest in Chinese tea culture, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and serve guests with warm, professional hospitality.
  • Prepare and present Chinese teas (and light food accompaniments) to high standards.
  • Share knowledge of tea varieties and guide guests through tasting experiences.
  • Support day-to-day operations, including table service, retail sales, and event hosting.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken).
  • A passion for hospitality and interest in Chinese tea culture.
  • Prior experience in the tea industry, F&B, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic new concept environment.
