Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior/Guest Service Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day operations are carried out smoothly, maintaining high levels of guest service standards, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, including resource management and guest service delivery.
- Identify and propose improvements to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.
- Resolve guest feedback, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Motivate and guide part-time staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Assist in training part-time staff and maintaining park safety procedures.
- Contribute to wildlife-human management efforts, including record-keeping, enrichment activities, and guest education.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or tourism.
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, energetic, and outgoing personality.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
