Position Overview

As a Senior Sales Consultant at Zendesk, you will work in close collaboration with a dedicated team of Account Executives and Solution Engineers to drive the integration of Quality Assurance within customer support and experience teams. A strong affinity for rapidly advancing technologies, particularly in AI, is essential, along with a solid history of achieving sales targets consistently. This position demands exceptional interpersonal abilities as you will be at the forefront of establishing a pioneering workforce engagement division within the broader Zendesk framework.

Sales Performance Responsibilities:
  • Assume complete responsibility for sales targets and actively pursue the achievement of and surpassing these goals.
  • Work hand-in-hand with sales and product teams to formulate and implement strategic initiatives aimed at revenue expansion and the attainment of ambitious sales goals.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, gaining insights into their business challenges and employing a value-driven sales approach to align QA solutions with their objectives and overall support strategies.
  • Serve as a strategic consultant, offering insights on how our QA offerings can uniquely meet client needs and collaborating to create roadmaps that align with their aspirations.
Value-Based Selling Approach:
  • Value-based selling is fundamental to your approach, allowing you to merge a proven sales methodology with your unique personality and style.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to integrate value-based selling best practices throughout our operations.
Quality Assurance Strategy and Feedback Mechanism:
  • Work closely with the product development team to tailor our QA solutions to fulfill client specifications.
  • Provide insightful feedback from client interactions to guide ongoing product improvements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in a sales role with a focus on Customer Support or Customer Experience solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise projects simultaneously.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or contact center sales, or related roles in the customer experience sector.
  • Results-driven with a history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer support or customer experience technologies and their application to enhance experiences for both customers and agents in contact centers.
  • Strong interest in the evolution of Artificial Intelligence and its relevance in the customer experience domain.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
