Strategic Route to Market Business Leader

This is a dynamic role that plays a pivotal part in our customer service strategies at the local market level, driving profitable growth through segmented execution of route-to-market plans. As a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, you will be responsible for managing channels such as modern trade, general trade, vending, bulk water, and telesales in Singapore and Brunei.
You will analyze data from KPI reports to discuss sales performance and execution design with the commercial team. Your goal is to improve sales productivity through better processes, technology, and methodologies. You will also oversee the SFE data strategy, ensuring accurate and usable data throughout the customer lifecycle.
Another key responsibility is to deploy SFA modules to the sales force in SG/Brunei (GT & MT) and manage project management of SFA enhancement. You will collaborate with stakeholders, IS project teams, and vendors to ensure well-coordinated and deployed SFA projects. Additionally, you will provide analytical capabilities for sales force effectiveness improvement plans.
You will also conduct periodic reviews on customer masters, route effectiveness, and route profitability, devising specific improvement plans. Moreover, you will collaborate with RTM Strategy to conduct bi-annual reviews on customer segmentation, redesigning and re-implementing if required.
Responsibilities- Monitor, review, and analyze data from routine KPI reports as reference for discussion with the Commercial Team on Sales performance and Execution Design
- Improve sales performance (defined as increased sales productivity) through better processes, technology, and methodologies
- Enable, support, and implement the SFE data strategy, including ensuring the right data is collected, managed, accurate, and usable – throughout the customer lifecycle
- Deploy SFA modules to the Sales force in SG/Brunei (GT & MT)
- Manage project management of SFA enhancement
- Collaborate with stakeholders, IS project teams, and vendors to ensure well-coordinated and deployed SFA projects
- Provide analytical capabilities for sales force effectiveness improvement plans
To be successful in this role, you will require a degree in a business-related field or its equivalent. At least 2-5 years working experience in FMCG is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to size up people from different functions into achieving a collective goal. You must be a team player and able to work with different levels of people.
