Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of the National Mental Health and Well-being Strategy in various areas, including the General Population and Youth sectors.
  • Review and develop care models, monitor implementation, and manage funding of mental health programmes and services for the general population.
  • Implement initiatives under the National Dementia Strategy (NDS) and review the psychiatric intermediate and long-term care landscape.
  • Develop and manage psychiatric ILTC services and facilities for youths and maintain policy oversight.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in healthcare, public health, or a related field, preferably psychology or allied health or life science.
  • Relevant working experience in healthcare, social services, or public policy is desired; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong project management, implementation, and budget planning skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data and develop evidence-based recommendations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
