As a key member of our team, the Lead Barista will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional beverage preparation and customer service standards are consistently met.


Beverage Preparation & Quality Control:
  • Maintain high standards of preparation to ensure consistent quality in every drink served.
  • Experiment with new beverages to keep the menu fresh and exciting.

Team Leadership & Training:
  • Lead, mentor, and train baristas to ensure they possess knowledge and skills in beverage preparation, customer service, and cafe operations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on coffee techniques, equipment maintenance, and customer service.

Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Create a friendly and inclusive environment that encourages repeat visits.

Inventory Management & Ordering:
  • Manage inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies to ensure they are always well-stocked.
  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of coffee equipment to ensure it is always in good working condition.

Sales & Marketing Support:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote coffee specials, events, and new products.
  • Monitor sales trends and provide feedback on customer preferences to improve offerings.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Senior / Head Barista, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
  • Passion for coffee and a deep understanding of different coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in inventory management and ordering is a plus.
