Job Title:

Casino Technician

    As a Casino Technician, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance and repair processes for Slot and Table Games equipment. You will also provide customer service training to ensure excellent customer service. Additionally, you will maintain adequate technical floor coverage in gaming areas at all times, keep technical workspaces clean and organized, and ensure all slot machines and table game equipment are in optimal working condition.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance and repair processes for Slot and Table Games equipment
  • Provide customer service training to ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain adequate technical floor coverage in gaming areas at all times
  • Keep technical workspaces clean and organized
  • Ensure all slot machines and table game equipment are in optimal working condition

    In this role, you will participate in assignments and special projects, minimizing downtime. You will also relocate or install equipment, ensuring functionality within acceptable time frames. Furthermore, you will respond promptly to service calls, meeting customer service standards, and handle customer technical complaints personally when possible, or escalate appropriately.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma/Degree in a related field preferred
  • At least one year of technical experience in slot or table games operations preferred
  • Understanding of Slot and Table Games operations with experience in maintenance and repair of Electronic Table Games preferred
  • Basic electronics knowledge and troubleshooting skills
