Opportunity Overview

We're seeking a Trade Marketing and Events Manager to enhance our global presence. This role blends strategy and execution: you'll build strong retail partnerships, grow our visibility in stores and online, and deliver engaging fan activations at conventions.

This position involves designing and leading trade marketing programs that drive awareness and sales worldwide. You'll also build and manage partnerships with global retail and distribution partners, work with creative and marketing teams to create impactful retail assets, and track performance metrics to adjust strategies for stronger ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead trade marketing programs
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with retail and distribution partners
  • Create effective retail assets
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies
Events & Conventions
  • Manage our presence at major global conventions
  • Oversee end-to-end event planning: booth design, logistics, product displays, staffing, and activations
  • Ensure all event messaging aligns with global marketing campaigns
Collaboration
  • Work with leadership to align marketing and event strategies with business goals
  • Partner with global marketing and sales teams to support launches and retail activations

What We Are Looking For
