As a Residential Program Coordinator at BOYS' TOWN, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and well-being of our residential boys. You will work closely with our team to provide individualized care plans, conduct assessments, and facilitate group work programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans for all residents, working closely with other internal and external stakeholders to ensure holistic care.
- Conduct psychoeducational and therapeutic group work programs as advised by Social Work Lead and/or Head of Home.
- Liaise with external agencies, such as Child Protection Officers, Probation Officers, and Social Workers, to support case management purposes.
- Bachelor / Master of Social Work or other recognised Social Work qualifications from Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW).
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in VWO/ NPO/ social service sector with direct experience in working with vulnerable children and youths and their families.
