We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of benefits to employees.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and recommend improvements to our overall rewards strategy.
  • Liaise with insurance providers and other vendors to ensure seamless execution of benefits programs.
  • Collaborate with management to design and implement new compensation and benefits initiatives in line with industry best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all compensation and benefits-related queries and issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management.
  • Able to start immediately.
  • No prior experience required, but a meticulous individual is essential for this role.
