We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and maintain employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of benefits to employees.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and recommend improvements to our overall rewards strategy.
- Liaise with insurance providers and other vendors to ensure seamless execution of benefits programs.
- Collaborate with management to design and implement new compensation and benefits initiatives in line with industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all compensation and benefits-related queries and issues.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management.
- Able to start immediately.
- No prior experience required, but a meticulous individual is essential for this role.
