Business Process Risk Specialist

The primary function of the role is to conduct business process risk assessments and implement sustainable practices. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to develop strategic plans, identifying potential risks, and providing recommendations to mitigate these risks.
A key aspect of the role is to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. To achieve this, you will be responsible for reviewing operational data integrity, examining financial and information systems, and evaluating processes, policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct business process risk assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop strategic plans in collaboration with stakeholders to address identified risks and improve business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable practices and mitigate risks.
- Review operational data integrity and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Provide recommendations to senior management on risk mitigation strategies and process improvements.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in business process risk assessment and sustainability reporting.
- Degree in accounting, business management, sustainability, communication, environmental management, or equivalent required.
- Strong understanding of business process risk management and sustainability practices.
- Knowledge of current best practices, governance, risk management frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (liaising with Mandarin-speaking associates regarding audit compliance guidelines).
