Job Title: Business Process Specialist

  • Assist in the issuance of policy contracts and endorsements;
  • Assist in the issuance of policy adjustment, member movement;
  • Responsible for premiums computation and experience refund;
  • Ensure tax invoices/endorsement schedules/medical cards are issued timely;
  • Liaise with clients on employee benefits related queries via phone calls or email;
  • Ensure the accuracy of records entries & proper documentation;
  • Understand the workflow and work with Section Head on identifying areas of improvement for operations efficiency;
  • Provide administrative support and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Team Lead;
  • Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and appropriate steps to mitigate the risks; and
  • Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively share best risk management practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline;
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of administrative or business processing experiences;
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
