Job Title: Chemical Laboratory Specialist

As a skilled professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality management systems meet regulatory standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality management systems meet regulatory standards and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to coordinate and review tasks.
  • Support cost, quality, and efficiency improvements through effective planning and execution.
  • Mentor and cross-train staff using standardized programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Oversee workload, resource allocation, and laboratory housekeeping to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Coordinate timely calibration and maintenance of lab equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Supervise sample management, documentation, and peer reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Handle chemical waste, expired products, and inventory control to minimize risks and optimize resources.
  • Assist with operational quality reports and Out of Specification (OOS) issues to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage stability sample handling and maintain cleanliness in storage areas to ensure product integrity.
