Lab Operations Expert for Biotech Growth

About this Role
We're seeking a skilled Lab Operations Expert to help drive growth in our biotech startup. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for day-to-day lab production operations, ensuring compliance with ISO and GMP guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support lab production workflows, managing sample preparation, testing, and analysis.
- Contribute to process optimization, SOP development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting aligned with quality and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Food Science, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- 3–5 years' experience in lab operations or production within biotech or relevant industries.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, or GMP standards.
