**The Role**

This role is not just about day-to-day lab operations — it’s about **being part of the foundation of a growing team**and contributing to how the company is built up. You’ll work closely with the leadership team and gain visibility across multiple functions, making a direct impact on both lab processes and company growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support day-to-day lab production operations, ensuring compliance with ISO and GMP guidelines.
- Manage workflows for sample preparation, testing, and analysis.
- Contribute to process optimization, SOP development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting aligned with quality and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to bridge lab work with product development.
- Actively contribute ideas and solutions as the company scales its lab and operations infrastructure.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Food Science, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- 3-5 years’ experience in lab operations or production within biotech or relevant industries.
- Prior experience in a **food lab or food testing environment**is a bonus.
- Familiarity with **ISO 9001, ISO 17025, or GMP standards**.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, flexible, and comfortable in a **lean startup environment**.
