Strategic Data Analytics Leader

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for data-driven improvements and efficiencies.
  • Develop and implement innovative data analytics solutions to address specific business challenges.
  • Design intuitive dashboards to communicate actionable insights that drive strategic planning and operational processes.
  • Ensure data solutions adhere to data management and governance policies and best practices.
  • Drive the adoption of Business Intelligence and analytics tools, guiding integration into strategic planning and operational processes.
  • Oversee data pipelines for the central data hub, collaborating with IT teams to maintain the roadmap.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Enhance data proficiency through hands-on support and training, empowering users to leverage data effectively and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Governance, Data Management, or MIS/Reporting.
  • Subject matter expertise along with extensive hands-on experience driving data analytics solutions within banking and financial institutions.
  • Strong business acumen and advanced technical competencies, delivering strategic data analytics initiatives.
  • Proficient in BI tools such as QlikView, Tableau, Power BI, developing interactive, effective, and insight-driven management dashboards and business reports.
  • Strong programming skills in Python/R and expertise in developing machine learning models.
  • Experience in data management, data integration, data governance, managing metadata, and master data management.
  • Strong knowledge of data management and governance frameworks, UI/UX principles, and data analytics best practices.
  • Effective collaboration and project management skills.
