About the Role

  1. Customer Experience Management: Assist in handling and managing customer visit experiences.
  2. Crowd Control and Safety: Assist in crowd control and manage visitor safety.
  3. Daily Operations: Assist in daily playground cleaning & hygiene related work, managing the playground inventory and storage, operating & upkeeping playground equipment, planning of duty roster and cleaning schedule, day-to-day service crew deployment & their meal-time arrangement, managing & leading part time and junior service crew, supporting day to day admission check in/out process, and supporting day to day event activities and performance.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer-oriented job in front-line capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.
  • A positive attitude and strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere infused with high energy and enthusiasm.
  • Able to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A good team player with high level of enthusiasm, drive, initiative and commitment.
