Job Title:

Linen Management Systems Coordinator

About the Role:

To succeed in this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the analysis of linen workflows and inventory systems. This will involve gathering data on usage patterns and turnaround time.

You will also support the implementation or enhancement of linen tracking technology, such as RFID or barcode systems. In addition, you will assist with system testing, data analysis, and quality assurance tasks.

Furthermore, you will document meeting minutes, prepare presentations, and assist with stakeholder communication. Your role will also involve providing user support and troubleshooting under guidance.

You will collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to collect insights and develop effective solutions.

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who is currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Operations Management or Supply Chain. You should have basic knowledge of asset tracking technologies and possess analytical skills and attention to detail.

You must have strong communication skills – both written and verbal. You should also be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation abilities.

Additionally, you should be comfortable working in cross-functional teams and proficient in MS Office Suite. Familiarity with any hospital information system is a plus.

You should be willing to learn and work in a structured healthcare IT environment.
