Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing linen workflows and inventory systems.
  • Assist in gathering data on usage patterns and turnaround time.
  • Support implementation or enhancement of linen tracking technology (e.g., RFID/barcode).
  • Support in system testing, data analysis, and quality assurance tasks.
  • Document meeting minutes, prepare presentations, and assist in stakeholder communication.
  • Help with user support and troubleshooting under guidance.
  • Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to collect insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Operations Management or Supply Chain.
  • Basic knowledge of asset tracking technologies (a plus).
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with any hospital information system is a plus.
  • Willing to learn and work in a structured healthcare IT environment.
