Key Role in Middleware Administration

As a seasoned middleware administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the administration and troubleshooting of middleware technologies.

The primary focus of this position is to provide expert-level support for middleware platforms, encompassing installation, configuration, security, networking, storage integration, patching, and hardening.

This includes creating and maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures related to middleware tools. You will also be responsible for researching, evaluating, and deploying new middleware technologies to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop automation solutions using tools such as Ansible and Python scripting, enabling us to enhance agility and operational efficiency in middleware, monitoring, backup, and related infrastructure areas.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will support audit processes, infrastructure/network security scans, disaster recovery exercises, and security-related drills.

Lastly, you will provide on-call support according to the roster for troubleshooting and planned maintenance of production systems.
